• We do not sell, rent, or share customer information unless required for transactions involving third-party service providers. In such cases, only the necessary information is shared, and third parties are prohibited from selling or renting this data.

4. Shipping and Delivery Policy

• We provide delivery services nationwide across South Africa.
• To ensure your order arrives safely and on time, we collaborate with reliable local couriers, such as The Courier Guy, who deliver from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive a notification once your order is out for delivery, with a more specific delivery timeframe.
• Delivery charges are determined by your geographic location and shipping destination.
• Orders will only be shipped once payment is confirmed and funds have cleared in our account.
• Delivery times depend on payment confirmation, product availability, and the courier's delivery schedule for your area.
• Typical delivery times range from 3-7 working days but may extend slightly in regional areas, depending on stock availability.
• Certain areas deemed "No Go" zones may incur additional charges or require special arrangements.
• We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to check and sign for the package.

5. Payment Options

• Payments can be made via Visa or MasterCard.
• Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) directly into our bank account are accepted, with bank details provided during the checkout process.
• Cash on Delivery is not available as a payment option.

6. Returns Policy

• If you wish to return a product, the following conditions apply:
• You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are in unused condition and in their original, sealed packaging.
• Returned items will undergo inspection to determine eligibility for a refund.
• You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• Refunds will be applied to your credit card for card payments or via EFT if that was the payment method.
• Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process, and delivery costs are non-refundable.
• After the 7-day period, returns are only accepted for defective products.
